Best customer service!!! Previously purchase an album from them via Shopee. However needed an additional album urgently. They managed to checked and reserved the album for me at their outlet!! Replies were VERY PROMPT (major +++)!!! Needed to print photos as well… slipped my mind to email. Even dropped a text reminder to remind me, stayed on to even assist with my prints even though she said she’s off work 🥹 truly the best service and super reliable!!

Friendly, fast and efficient service. The customized mug turns out to be so beautiful. Beyond what I've imagine.

Quite good. Went to take ID photo and the staff was very patient; she took multiple photo and helped me to adjust head position and collar and let me chose the best one.

An exceptional experience where the person I was liaising with was very patient, helpful and tried to help to expedite the whole process so that I can have the photo album in time for my travel. The turnaround from the person was fantastic. This was in the midst of all the changes I asked for so the story of my album flows and makes sense. Just a great experience overall and a very happy customer indeed! Will be back to do more!
